is the web-based tool used effectively in project management and applicable with CMMI standards and is also flexible and adaptable to specific needs of each company. JEP-PM will drive the historical data estimation, identify and manage risks, provide accurate timesheet recording, and automatically create progress and metrics report.

  1. Project Management & Risk and Issue Management:
    1. Create project and specify the basic information of the project.
    2. Create the project summary in various aspects both for planned and existing piece of information.
    3. Plan resources, cost, and time for the tasks in each project.
    4. Support the generation of estimation and historical data.
    5. Assign the task in each project to staff and calculate cost of staff, vendor, and other costs in the project.
    6. Administer and follow up risk and issue in each project.
    7. Summarize the result from each project for improvement in the next project.
    8. Display the overview of all projects with its statuses in the organization.
  2. Timesheet
    1. Connect with Project Management by extracting the assignment in each project to display in Timesheet.
    2. Each assigned task will be visible by only the task owner for the sake of time recording.
    3. Process in the approval of time recording
    4. Display the time recording summary in ‘Waiting for Approval’, ‘Approved’ and ‘Not-approved’ statuses.
    5. Hourly time recording separated by each task in daily basis. Also, notes and comments could be done for approval.
    6. Extract the time recording information to automatically show in WBS (Work Breakdown System).

    1. Process in approval for controlling the project changes both in minor and major changes
